It's time.. the moment you've all been waiting for.. 447 people entered the giveaway and, by our usual method of picking a winner, random.org picked lucky number 137..
The winner is...
Congratulations!! You are the winner of a brand spankin' new Ola dBucket Chorus and Vibrato by Strymon! I'm sure you'll have lots of fun with this one!!
Thank you all for participating and good luck next time! A huge thank you to Strymon for providing the pedal.
Strymon & HRI are doing it again!! The boys behind some of your favorite pedals have generously provided the Ola dBucket Chorus and Vibrato for a giveaway here at Huge Racks Inc. Incrediblyfookincool?!? Yes. HRI being one of the last true group of chorus fanboys on the planet I'd say this is right up our alley as well.
So without further ado, I give you.. The Strymon & HRI Ola Giveaway
Although totally unpractical, except for the fact that it could work as a "final backup pick plan", I'm all for stuff like this. Adding guitar related details to otherwise normal accessories is always cool, and I applaud it! The best idea I have so far for this would be as a "gig bag" for your overpriced Red bear pick.
Mojave Picker's Walle - $30.00

* Cash compartment
* Pocket for guitar pick
* Driver's license compartment
* 100% Full Grain Leather
So, once in a while I like me some sweet 80s music. Where the guitars are drippin' with grease and the leather pants do what they can do improve the lead singer's high pitch. Anyway.. there are many albums out there that I reach for when the need for juice comes along and this one seems to pop up every now and then.. actually quite often. I guess it's because I actually like the songs here as well.. aand I ain't afraid to admit it. So, get a copy of this shit right here, put on some Wayfarers, adjust your shoulderpads, do a line on the best album cover ever and get your freak on with the Boz.. If your still in doubt, check out the list of axehandlers on this LP below, after the jump..
Seems like our hero has a lil hobby on the side and as all masters of 4 wheeled plywood this cat also gets a signature shoe.. Y'all should be rockin these fo sho(e)..
So it's finally here.. and damn.. it's freakin awesome!! The first thing that strikes you is the immaculate wiring and outstanding job these guys do when it comes to setting everything up.. soo pretty. Everything is well thought out, even though I gave Dave a couple of headaches I think, and the whole process went relatively easy.
More after the jump...
Available in three finishes, these full grain leather satchels are hand sewn using marine grade threading for longevity and toughness, one solid inch of high density foam padding to keep your gear protected, stainless steel hardware, and an adjustable strap that works over the shoulder or as a backpack.
I didn't catch these guys at NAMM.. they probably weren't there either. Too busy stocking up on vintage leopard coats from the 40s to use as fur lining for the next model Anyway.. I like these kinda things...
Whipping Post Guitar Bags - $825
So, it's finally done! I'm really looking forward to trying it out.. can't wait. Gonna be a blast fo sho!

Support the the true god of tone and see for yourself what the fuzz is all about. This is the legit shit right here.. Michael Landau will blow your socks off. If you're lucky, Chuck will show and blow something else.
If it wasn't for the fact that I'm stuck in the cold ass known as Norway I'd be hittin' those shows as mad.
Please, tell everyone you know about these shows and get yo' ass there!!!
Just got back from our Strymon meeting and we're currently lounging at the craphouse known as Ramada Inn whatever with a couple of beers. The Timeline delay and the Lex rotary were both great. I'm guessing a lot of the HRI guys will dig on the Timeline. Personally I was super stoked on the Lex.. sounded fookin amazing!! Really organic.. and I hate using that word.
The noon meet at the Tyler booth with all the HRI boyz was great. I'm sure someone will post the group photo soon. It's great to have some faces to go with the names.. and I finally met Flint! What up brother!!
I'm not a fan of NAMM... actually.. I think I hate it.. but meeting all the HRI cats and Jim makes it all worth it. Jim Tyler is my hero.. that man is just.. he's the shit.. the original shit! You saw the poster he had in the booth, right? Well, he also wore the t-shirt.. I mean.. I felt embarressed for not wearing mine.. sorry Jim.
Very little mindblowing stuff at the show this year.. I'll leave all coverage up to others.. my real LA trip starts on Sunday.. when we move over to Beverly Hills.. now that's something to blog about.
We'll be at show tomorrow as well.. hope to see ya there!
